Rousseau

The Rousseau studio is an island of an imaginary jungle, inspired by the works of one of the most brilliant and controversial artists of the XIX–XX centuries, Henri Rousseau. Here, all things are mixed up waiting for the thoughtful viewer. From the moon in the hallway, to the sun setting in the kitchen, the home cinema in the living room and the ritual masks on the old stove. There’s a smiling predator and a giant with a crow’s head hidden in the midst of greenery, at any time of the day, creating images and moods.
