For Investors

Within four years of work in the temporary accommodation market, the Mama Ro Apartments project has showed good results and started to receive requests for expanding to new properties with its brand. To better understand what kind of properties and under which conditions we are willing to collaborate, we made a recap of our possible cooperation scheme, the type of property we consider, its location and why it is worth working with Mama Ro.

How?

We are currently considering cooperation proposals in the format of 30/70, where 70% is the investor’s share of the profits. A property owner – who is also an investor – invests in the renovation of his or her space in accordance with a project design developed by Mama Ro Interiors (boosting real estate capitalization at the same time), a division of Mama Ro Apartments, takes the space under its control and guarantees a customer booking load of no less than 90% (the current project load is 98,47% – see statistics below).

The cost of joining a new property to the Mama Ro brand is equal to the actual cost of the design project by Mama Ro Interiors. The following renovation works accordingly with the project design and are an integral component of the guaranteed customer booking load. The renovation work is to be done by a third party, the company-contractor or others to the investor’s discretion. Mama Ro has complete supervision over the achievement of the desired result. The cost of renovation work, according to our estimations and experience, is equal to 55k of rubles / m2 on average and may vary depending on metric area and the space’s readiness for entering the project.

What?

As for proposals, we consider private apartments from 40 to 80 sq.m. and free-standing buildings from 300 to 3000 sq.m.. Metric area of private apartments is limited by economic expediency (the ratio of renovation costs and profits), metric area of free-standing buildings – by our experience and guaranteed load.

Where?

To ensure the fulfillment of obligations under the investor profits, we consider places which location corresponds to the given Moscow map. We also consider proposals from other cities/countries, but in this case the project scheme might be different – please contact us for a more detailed discussion of your proposal.

Mama Ro is interested in unconventionally done work, so the result is always accompanied by an honest and sincere approach to its implementation.
